Delivery Charges & Options
Your order will be dispatched and delivered to your chosen Jo Malone London Boutique within 1 working day of placing your order. Please contact our Customer Service via call 182-12-12 to get a confirmation of your order being ready for pickup.
Please note, your order will be cancelled automatically 7 days after purchase if you could not pick it up in store.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once it has been processed and is shipped, you will receive an email updating you on the order's status and your unique tracking number. This can be used to track the shipment directly with the delivery company, who will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
Our courier does not operate on Fridays. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Saturday, please place your order before 8pm on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
The standard delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days. This service is complimentary for all orders.
Click and Collect service is available from Avenues Mall stores, Marina Mall and Al Kout Mall in Kuwait.
When collecting your order, please bring one form of photo ID: Identity Document, driving license, passport. If someone else collects your order on your behalf, they will be asked for your photo ID as well as their own. You will be asked to sign for the package, to confirm receipt.

Your order will be returned to us if not collected within 7 days and all corresponding payments will be refunded to your payment card. However, and as per our general Returns Policy, engraved items may not be returned for refund (unless damaged). As a result of the foregoing, the cancelation and refund policy applicable to products ordered through Option 4 and that have not been collected within 7 days does not apply to engraved items.
Click and collect is complimentary for all orders placed.
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we will contact you prior to delivery to confirm address details, please make sure a valid local contact number is provided during the order process.
